I\u2019m kinda following a recipe, which calls for thyme and sage.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>I don\u2019t know which of these spices it is, but I always regret putting it into things: it smells like the lining of an antique suitcase.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>Edit: My stew turned out okay.
